New criteria: Value over 1000 USD can't be in S-tier. Added:

• Huion Kamvas Pro 27 (used/discounted to A tier)

• Wacom Cintiq 24 (2025) (Used/Discount) in A+ tier

• Wacom Cintiq 24 Touch (2025) (used/discounted) in B tier

• Note about replacing default Huion pentech 3.0 pen with PW550

Moved:

• Huion Kamvas Pro 27 144 Hz from C to B tier (has more improvements over display panel than just 144 Hz)

• Huion Kamvas Pro 24 Gen3 (Used/Discounted ≤$1200) from S to A+ tier (24 inches at over 1000 USD is not the best value)
